CONTRACT -
We administer this on your behalf in the name of a company for your use.
INVOICING -
Telephone, fax, or email your agreed hours and we issue your sales invoice... same day... and collect the funds.
SALARY -
We arrange payment of a salary to comply with all relevant legislation and prepare your payslip.
DIVIDENDS -
Any surplus funds are paid to you as a dividend. If your spouse is a shareholder they will, at the same time, receive a dividend.
EXPENSES -
Bona fide business expenses are reimbursed to you.
VAT -
This is accounted for directly to HM Customs & Excise.
PAYE & NI -
PAYE & NI is remitted directly to the Inland Revenue.
TLC - 35 -
Contract Review including IR35 status.
CORPORATION TAX -
This is calculated and paid to the Inland Revenue.
FINANCIAL STATEMENTS -
Prepared and lodged with Companies House.
